Children’s Therapy Network Inc. (CTN) is a fast-paced pediatric therapy center service all of Ventura & Santa Barbara counties. Our clinical team is the backbone of Children’s Therapy Network and responsible for the delivery of excellent care by providing quality therapy services. Through a collaborative effort with other healthcare providers, our team members promote improved function of our clients through therapeutic interventions and education to patients, families, and caregivers on ways to support the clients that we serve. OUR REQUIREMENTS                                                                                                                      

• Must have a passion about working with children and their parents in achieving their goals
• Experienced preferred. Entry Level & Interns welcome
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Above average written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building skills to instill trust in our customers
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Drive a plus.
• Able to read and follow the Policies and Procedures related to the tasks assigned.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must hold a valid California Professional License (PT, OT, SLP)

 

Additional Certificates, Licenses, Registrations/Other: 

• Must hold a valid California Driver’s License. Copies of license and automobile insurance will be made available to CTN.
• Must provide proof of ability to work by a licensed Medical Doctor
• Must provide proof of TB testing and clearance every 2
• Must have clearance of DOJ and criminal background check.

 

Required Equipment:

• Must have reliable vehicle
• Must have daily access to a computer/tablet
• Must have a cell phone

 

Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).
