HOW TO PAY:
Children’s Therapy Network is contracted to work with multiple agencies that fund for therapy services. The first thing to determine is which one is best for you. If you have any questions regarding the following payment options, please give us a call and we can help you.
Important note: You have a legal right to request a provider of your choice. If you determine that CTN is the best option for your child, you have a right to request CTN to provide your care.
Insurance: Most insurance companies do pay for therapy services that have been prescribed by a doctor and that have been identified as medically or functionally necessary. However, each insurance company and each policy is different. We advise that you call your insurance company to determine your coverage.
CTN accepts most insurance carriers and is a credentialed Medi-Cal provider.
School: If your child’s delays have an academic impact, your child may qualify for school-based therapy. Children’s Therapy Network is contracted with several schools (brick and mortar, charter, and virtual) throughout the state of California (and some out of California). We advise that you contact your school to find out if CTN is contracted with your school, or if your school is interested in contracting with us.
State (Regional Center): Children’s Therapy Network is a vendor for California state Regional Centers to provide Early Intervention. If your child meets that eligibility requirements set out by Federal and State law, your therapy services may be covered by the state of California’s “early start” programs. We advise that you call your local regional center to determine eligibility.
Private: Pay: If your child does not qualify for the above sources of funding, CTN does offer affordable private pay options which you and your therapist can determine are best for your child. Don’t worry, we will work with you to ensure your child receives the care that they deserve and need.
Scholarships: CTN can help guide you to potential scholarships that may be able to supplement your child’s therapy needs.
Remember to ask for CTN if you decide we are the best option for you and your child.
